Who we are

Bookkeepery is the controller for website and account data. Contact hello@bookkeepery.com. A registered office and company number will be published here when they exist. We will not invent them.

What we process

Account details, messages you send by email or WhatsApp, receipt images, and financial data pulled from connected systems such as Xero, banks, and Stripe — so transactions can be coded, matched, and questioned when something is missing.

Why

To provide the product, keep a record of what was posted, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your ledger to advertisers.

Retention and rights

We keep data for as long as the account is active and as required for tax and audit logs. UK GDPR rights (access, correction, deletion, complaint to the ICO) apply. Email us to exercise them.
