If you are already on Xero and want the monthly coding and receipts off your plate, pick a plan by how many bank lines you see. A bookkeeper for the same work is usually £150–400 a month.

What every plan includes

Xero kept up to date, bank and Stripe import, receipt matching, a chase when something is missing, and a month-end list of open items. Standard and Plus also include WhatsApp receipts and a VAT draft for you to check and send.

What is not included

Payroll, CIS, pension auto-enrolment, and sending the VAT return to HMRC are out of scope. If you need those, keep your accountant. Bookkeepery keeps the ledger ready for them.
