What Bookkeepery does

These are the jobs the software does on your Xero file. There is no consultation call required to start, and no named bookkeeper assigned to you.

Keeping Xero current

Transactions are coded and posted to the organisation you already use. Bank lines are reconciled when the match is clear. Receipts are attached to the payment they belong to. Your accountant opens the same Xero file they open today.

Receipts and questions

Missing receipts are asked about by email or WhatsApp, in the thread where you last sent a file. You reply with a photo and it is attached. Unclear suppliers stay on a short list instead of being guessed.

VAT drafts

Making Tax Digital still requires a person to submit. Bookkeepery prepares the draft from the Xero file and lists open questions. It will not file the return.
